All tickets and concessions are Pay-What-You-Want!
(Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay, all count….IOU….okay.)

Bring Those Bills!

The first fear I had when I wrote Pay What You Want is that people like me would act like me. Fill five seats for $5 each, instead of a total of $50 for the “full price”. I am able to pay more (most days…the bank account is a little low lately) but I choose to pay less.

The last performance I went to was a public high school show - I paid $10 x 2 for two adults + $5 x 3 for three students + taxes or fees or whatever made the total amount $36.03….and I did this twice because I had to switch the days we saw the show and could not return the tickets. So, about $70 for all five of us to see a wacky, wonderful, could have been better but served several purposes well enough show.

The current fixed ticket system got $45 more out of me than a Pay-What-You-Want system would have. If this school switches to PWYW; they lose my extra $45 (because I do tend to get the day wrong).
