How is this little indent achieved?
I am pretty sure you can only come in at the sides like that if you have laces in the back that you can pull in for that inch of space between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the hipbones.
Note that even the queen of stretchy shapewear has to wear a corset to get her smallest waist.




Up close, this looks like typical costume shop fare, made well. That thick cord edging at the top is probably a cord-edging that can be pulled to fit just right every time. You could get someone to make you this on Etsy and it wouldn’t be too far off.
That brocade fabric is nice and thin. UP close it looks like fabric, but I think it does look like metal from afar. Like a cast metal corset….oooo….chastity belt-esque. Look how much the pattern disappears under the lights! Sometimes we are too afraid of patterns in theater. This kardashian/margiela/mr.galliano corset has me thinking I can get away with more than I tend…
